Project overview

Kushmanda Power manufactures lithium-ion battery packs under the BharatCell brand, running a 1 GWh facility in Noida with a 5 GWh plant following in Kathua. We built the CRM their operations run on. The serial number is the spine of it: scan or type one and the product, configuration and warranty state fill themselves from the dispatch registry, so a service ticket is raised in seconds rather than reconstructed from paperwork. Above that sit the fleet registry, engineer and visit scheduling, dispatch analytics and the customer-volume reporting the commercial side works from.

Key features

  • Serial-number lookup that auto-fills product, configuration and warranty
  • Service ticket creation across battery and charger product lines
  • Fleet registry with dispatch logs and bulk data import
  • Engineer, staff and site-visit scheduling
  • Dispatch analytics with monthly trends and top customers by volume
  • Warranty tracking across active and expired units
  • Role-based admin access and data export
