The studio runs remote-first across Indian and European hours. If you are in Chandigarh, you are welcome to come by; tell us on the call and we will set a time.
Most builds land between a focused four-week sprint and a four-month platform engagement. We scope and price in writing after the discovery call: fixed price for defined scope, monthly retainer for ongoing work. No hourly billing, and no change-order games.
Discovery usually begins within two weeks of signing. We deliberately run a small number of concurrent projects, so the people you meet are the people who build it.
Often. A large part of our work is inheriting something half-finished or a decade old and making it maintainable again, including migrations off legacy systems where losing data is not an option.
You do, in full, on final payment. You get the repositories, the infrastructure accounts and the documentation. There is no proprietary layer holding you hostage.
Fair question. We build retrieval pipelines, agent workflows and evaluation harnesses. We will also tell you when a problem does not need a model at all. A good share of our AI enquiries are better solved with ordinary software, and we say so.
Every build ships with monitoring, documentation and a handover session. From there it is your choice: take it in-house, or keep us on a support agreement with a defined response window.
